Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • An unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
  • Minor variations in color, design, or handmade elements are natural and are not considered defects.
