What is the return policy?
At Gift Tales by Manvi, every hamper is carefully handcrafted and packed with love. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:
Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
An unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened

Important Note
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Minor variations in color, design, or handmade elements are natural and are not considered defects.
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

When will I get my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, your order is expected to be delivered within 6–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (if applicable) to monitor your shipment.
Please Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping across India on all orders above 799 INR.
If you do a bulk order we will connect you personally for the shipping cost.
For customers located in Delhi NCR, we also offer same-day or next-day delivery through Porter, subject to availability. If you choose this express delivery option, the Porter delivery charges will be borne by the customer and will be communicated before dispatch.
